The differences in people amaze me. Some are sullen, hostile, defensive...scared, mostly. Some are chipper, upbeat, ready to face whatever comes at them. I'm convinced it's a mentality. The challenge is to maintain our sunny, open disposition regardless. It's too easy to match the low energy, especially on a rainy Monday. Know what? The chipper ones do better.
And, being married to your best friend helps...a lot.
